About me
I serve on the care team at Hope Community and specialize in helping survivors of abuse find safety and their voice again.
Many of the people I work with were hurt in church settings, and I hold that with deep care.
How I bring faith into care
You set the pace, always. I use EMDR and body-based tools alongside gentle conversation about faith — including your questions and doubts, which are always welcome here.

Insurance acceptedSarah is a licensed mental health professional who bills insurance through a private practice, not through FaithWellness. Plans accepted:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Optum
- UnitedHealthcare
- When you book, choose “Use insurance” and add your plan, member ID and group number.
- Sarah checks your coverage before your first session and tells you about any copay.
- Sarah bills your insurer directly. If your plan doesn’t cover it, you can pay the usual fee or cancel at no cost.
